I just got off the phone with Mark Bilk.  In our conversation -- prompted by my reading him the subject heading of this message which I had just begun to write when he phoned -- we made some important deductions that, as far as I know, have never been made explicit.  Let me just share with you my post-call notes as I write them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What happened to Flight 77?  After a showy higher altitude approach to the Pentagon as the F-16 flew in at tree-top level for the actual kill -- Flight 77 simply crossed the Jefferson Davis Highway across the part to the George Washington Memorial Parkway to Reagon National Airport on the Potomac -- less than two miles from the attack point -- where it landed and taxied to an undisclosed hanger where it was met by some of the 100 persons, many with criminal records and foreign citizenship, who obtained false airport security badges credentials giving them free access to sensitive airport areas, like ramps, gates, hangers and aircraft.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - More than 100 employees at two major Washington area airports have been arrested on fraud charges in obtaining restricted airport security badges, government sources said on Tuesday.

The arrests will be announced by Attorney General John Ashcroft later in the day in Alexandria, Virginia, officials said.

The arrests marked a continuing post Sept. 11 crackdown by U.S. law enforcement and transportation authorities on airport security lapses.

Many of the charges -- including those being brought against workers at Washington's Ronald Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport outside the capital -- involve allegations that suspects violated immigration and Social Security laws.

Also, the government alleges that many arrested on Tuesday in the greater Washington area lied about criminal records while applying for security badges, the sources said.

It was unclear initially what jobs those employees performed.

As of last week, more than 250 people had been arrested at 11 U.S. airports on charges they fraudulently obtained credentials for access to sensitive airport areas, like ramps, gates and aircraft.

Roughly half have pleaded guilty or have plea agreements pending, authorities said. More than 70 have been deported or are awaiting deportation proceedings, authorities said.

Mossad warned CIA of attacks - report By Douglas Davis

LONDON (September 17) - Mossad officials traveled to Washington last
month to warn the CIA and the FBI that a cell of up to 200 terrorists
was planning a major operation, according to a report in the Sunday
Telegraph here yesterday.

The paper said the Israeli officials specifically warned their
counterparts in Washington that "large-scale terrorist attacks on highly
visible targets on the American mainland were imminent." They offered no
specific information about targets, but they did link the plot to
Afghanistan-based terrorist Osama bin Laden, and they told the Americans
there were "strong grounds" for suspecting Iraqi involvement.

(2) The UsaJewish site repeats the story, but adds that Lebanon's Druze
leader Walid Jumblatt believes that Mossad itself is behind the attack
... "to provoke a new war and impoverish and occupy the Middle East,"
Jumblatt was quoted as saying.

(3) I checked the Jerusalem Post, and UsaJewish, for reports on American
Jews killed in the NY attack, but could find no mention of this topic.
Strange?

(4) Mossad's inside information suggests either (1) it is right that Bin
Laden is behind the attack, OR (2) that Mossad itself may be quilty.
After all, Israel had no qualms about sinking the USS Liberty, and
Israel gains greatly if it can get America to destroy Islam for it.

(5) Thus the importance of thoroughly investigating the unusual share
transactions before the attack. They offer the best way of tracking down
those responsible.

Here is more of the NYT front-page article, A New War and Its Scale,

"The terrorist organizations themselves and the terrorists don't have
targets of high value,"  Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said today on
the Fox News Channel.  "They don't have have armies and navies and air
forces that one can go battle against.  They don't have capital cities with
high-value assets that they're reluctant to lose."

"He added: "Some countries that are harboring terrorists networks do, in
fact, have high-value targets.  They do have capitals.  They do have
armies."  Deputy Secretary of State Paul D. Wolfowitz spoke last week of
ending states who sponsor terrorism."  Officials now say that he misspoke,
that he meant to say that the goal is ending state support.

"In some cases, like Afganistan, that may be a semantic issue since the goal
would be to dislodge the Taliban rulers if they refused to cooperate with
Washington's counter terrorism campaign.

"In other cases, political economic and limited military pressure may be
aplied.  The Bush administration has certainly not committed itself to
invading all the nations on the State Department's list of those found to
help terrorists -- Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Cuba and North Korea."

On the morning of September 11, the present Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff, General Richard B. Myers, was having a routine meeting on Capitol
Hill with Senator Max Cleland. Just before the meeting began,

"While in an outer office, he said, he saw a television report that a plane
had hit the World Trade Center. 'They thought it was a small plane or
something like that,' Myers said. So the two men went ahead with the office
call."

hijacked jet plowed into the World Trade Center's south tower and a third
one into the Pentagon. And still they went on with their meeting.

"Meanwhile, the second World Trade Center tower was hit by another jet.
'Nobody informed us of that,' Myers said. 'But when we came out, that was
obvious. Then, right at that time, somebody said the Pentagon had been hit.'

"Somebody thrust a cell phone in Myers' hand. Gen. Ralph Eberhart, commander
of U.S. Space Command and the North American Aerospace Defense Command was
on the other end of the line 'talking about what was happening and the
actions he was going to take.'

This writer, who is identified only by top_view@planetmail.com, by
example knows what he is talking about. He knows what Mike Ruppert and I
knew immediately and some in this discussion are having a very hard time
grasping.

The Air Force spokesman confirmed that AFTER the alerts and requests for
INTERCEPTS of the aircraft were received from FAA/ATC, orders from the
HIGHEST LEVEL of the executive branch of the federal government were
received, demanding that the Air Force stand down and NOT follow through
with ESTABLISHED scramble/intercept procedures that morning until
further notice!

The writer is going from something he knows --- somewhere in the
executive branch a STAND DOWN ORDER was issued --- to a pretty good
guess of a probable culprit. The writer is 100% on the mark when he
discribes Cheney's deliberate confusion about the INTERCEPT PROCEDURES.

Cheney needs to explain why he lied about Bush having to make the
decision to shoot down flight 77 on 9-11-01.

I feel that this writer is moving the discussion in the right direction.

Suspected Israeli Spies Held by U.S.

WASHINGTON — Some 60 Israelis, who federal investigators have said are part of a long-running effort to spy on American government officials, are among the hundreds of foreigners detained since the Sept. 11 terror attacks, Fox News has learned.

The Israelis, a handful of whom are described as active Israeli military or intelligence operatives, have been detained on immigration charges or under the new Patriot Anti-Terrorism Law. Federal investigators said some of them failed polygraph questions inquiring about alleged surveillance activities against and in the United States.

There is no indication the Israelis were involved in the Sept. 11 attacks, but investigators suspect that they may have gathered intelligence about the attacks in advance and not shared it.

A highly placed investigator told Fox News there are "tie-ins," but when asked for details flatly refused to describe them. "Evidence linking these Israelis to 9-11 is classified, I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It is classified information," the source said.

An Israeli Embassy spokesman offered categorical denials, and said any suggestion of Israelis spying on or in the United States is simply not true.

But Fox News has learned that one group of Israelis spotted in North Carolina recently is suspected of keeping an apartment in California to spy on a group of Arabs who the U.S. authorities are investigating for links to terrorism.

Numerous classified documents obtained by Fox News indicate that even prior to Sept. 11, as many as 140 other Israelis had been detained or arrested in a secretive and sprawling investigation into suspected espionage by Israelis in the United States.

Investigators from numerous government agencies are part of a working group that has been compiling evidence in the case since the mid-1990s. These documents detail hundreds of incidents in cities and towns across the country that investigators say quote "may well be an organized intelligence-gathering activity."

Investigators are focusing part of their efforts on Israelis who said they are art students from the University of Jerusalem or Bezalel Academy and repeatedly made contact with U.S. government personnel by saying they wanted to sell cheap art or handiwork.

Documents say they "targeted" and penetrated military bases, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, dozens of government facilities and even secret offices and unlisted private homes of law enforcement and intelligence personnel.

Another part of the investigation has resulted in the detention and arrest of dozens of Israelis working at kiosks in American malls, where they had been selling toys called "Puzzlecar" and "Zoomcopter."

Investigators suspected a front. Shortly after the New York Times and Washington Post reported the detentions of Israelis on immigration charges last month, the carts began vanishing.

 

 

US government officials today released a photograph of Mohammed Atta and a
man they think is Abdulaziz Alomari, key members of the terrorist team who
flew American Airlines Flight 11 into the north tower of the World Trade
Center, killing 81 passengers and crew.

They were filmed as they passed through Portland Airport on their way to
Boston, where they hijacked the flight to Los Angeles. Atta, 33, who had
received pilot's training, is believed to have flown the doomed airliner.
The security picture appears to end the debate about whether Atta really was
one of the hijackers. Yesterday his father claimed he had spoken to him
since the disaster.

In a second breakthrough, officials now say they are succeeding in following
the money trail used by the hijackers to fund their operation. It is now
believed that all 19 hijack suspects shared a single contact within the US
who provided them with cash.

The money was used to pay for flight lessons, rent and even withdrawals at
automatic cashpoints. Two of the hijackers, Hani Hanjour and Majed Moqed,
were pictured together withdrawing money from a cash machine in Florida. The
FBI and the Federal Reserve have sent letters to banks throughout the
country, asking for any records of financial transactions involving the 19
suspects, including credit card receipts.

Investigators hope recent changes in international banking agreements will
allow them to follow the money back to sources outside the US, particularly
the prime suspect Osama bin Laden. Analysts are also checking reports of
unusual trading in the US stock options market before the attack. An
extraordinary number of trades were betting that American Airlines stock
price would fall. A similar inquiry has been launched in Britain.

But the investigation into the terrorists is being hampered by questions of
identity. It appears that five of the hijackers were using stolen
identities. Many of them seem to have adopted the personas of real-life
commercial and military pilots.

In Saudi Arabia, five of the alleged hijackers have emerged, alive and
astonished to see their names and photographs appearing on satellite
television. Yesterday, the Londonbased Asharq al-Awsat newspaper said it had
interviewed Mr Alomari in Riyadh, and that he had left the US in April 2000.
It said the American-educated engineer had reported to police that his
passport was stolen when his flat in Denver was burgled in 1995.

Ahmed al-Shehri, a Saudi diplomat told another newspaper that details of
another hijacker matched his son Waleed, who now lives in Morocco.

The pilot with Saudi Arabian Airlines graduated four years ago from
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. Another Saudi pilot, Said
Hussein al-Ghamdi, whose picture was released by the US authorities may in
fact be living in Tunis and may have been falsely accused. While the
American authorities remain convinced that Bin Laden masterminded the
attacks, they are also hinting that a number of states may have helped. The
first criminal charges arising from the attacks have been filed against
three Detroit men - Karim Koubriti, 23, Ahmed Hannan, 33, and Farouk
Ali-Haimoud, 21, who are accused of fraud and misuse of visas, passports and
other immigration documents.

Further details are also emerging about what happened on the hijacked planes
themselves. Federal investigators believe that some of the pilots and
co-pilots of the aircraft were murdered before the planes crashed.

FBI technicians have recovered fragments of conversations from within one of
the doomed cockpits; much of it is described however as "a jumbled mixture
of grunts and screams".

They have confirmed that the bodies of two stewardesses from United Flight
93, which crashed in Pennsylvania, were found with their hands bound.

The FBI has launched a nationwide manhunt for 190 people it believes may
have information relating to the terrorist attacks. As many as 37 on the
bureau's "watch list" are believed to have had flight training. Some had
booked reservations on flights scheduled to take place after last week's
attacks, including flights coming out of Boston and San Antonio this
weekend. FBI officials are seeking to play down fears of a second wave of
attacks on Saturday. Spokeswoman Mindy Tucker said there is "no credible
evidence", although Americans have been warned to be vigilant.

There is, however, new evidence of the extent to which Bin Laden has been
seeking to arm himself. According to the Russian news agency Itar-Tass, the
Russian secret services prevented a deal to buy weapons grade uranium by a

 Pentagon has felt it had to show pictures of a plane ramming their
 building.

 I taped it, as Wolf Blitzer was showing Jamie McIntire's Pentagon
 pictures allegedly taken off a Pentagon camera.

 I put it on slow motion and saw no plane. Not only that, it has been
 'messed' with. It shows clips. It looks like 3 clips. The same pictures,
 or shots with Jamie McIntire were shown next on the Moneyline show. The
 same questions asked with the same answers. Jamie pointing to where
 you're supposed to see a plane coming along the ground about 2 feet
 above the ground before it hits the Pentagon. I have yet to see a plane.
 If there is one, there certainly is not a passenger plane. What it looks
 like to me is a release of material before an explosion. Like the
 pressure couldn't hold it any more and spewed it out. This film must
 have just been doctored for our use. There is no plane in the film.
 There is not even a semblence of a plane. There only remains the lie.

Looks as if the maneuverings for war preparation in the MidEast
are beginning.  It doesn't take a genius to see that war in the
MidEast is now very highly probable, and that this is an optimum
time for our adversaries because of the drawdown of U.S. forces
below the level required to do this thing.  We are as vulnerable
right now as we are ever likely to be.  Also, we are almost
certainly going to be involved in it; there is simply no way out
of it.  In this brief article, you get a glimpse of the kind of
options the administration must be worrying over at present.

With another MidEast War, two things come prominently to mind: (1)
the terrorist teams, anthrax, smallpox, and nuclear weapons
already spirited into this country and waiting to be unleashed in
our large cities, may well be unleashed to the tune of some
millions of U.S. casualties and extraordinary damage, and (2) a
new energy and oil crisis that will curl your hair will be come
roaring down on us.  We will likely not get out of this one
unscathed, but probably will suffer terrible damage.

American population.  The World Health Organization (WHO) keeps
another 500,000 doses in the Netherlands, and other national
stockpiles total about 60 million more doses of varying quality
and potency.  If the smallpox virus were released today, the
majority of the world's population would be defenseless, and given
the virus' 30 percent kill rate, nearly two billion people would
die."

I can assure you that, if Saddam Hussein unleashes such a
holocaust on American cities, the U.S. will strike Iraq with a
full nuclear retaliation strike, and bury him.  What happens then
is anybody's guess.

Here's another thing that our news did not even pick up on.
Earthquakes, volcano eruptions, etc. are in fact being tested all
the time against us, and could be unleashed wholesale at any time.
This was verified by none other that then Secretary of Defense
William S. Cohen, during a public Q&A session at an April 1997
counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn,
i.e., Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and
U.S. Strategy, University of Georgia, Athens, Apr. 28, 1997.
Quoting from the official DoD News Briefing:  "Others [terrorists]
are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can
alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through
the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of
ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which
they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's
the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism]
efforts." Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997

And just to keep it interesting, Castro for some decades has run
guerrilla training camps in Southern Mexico, and infiltrated much
of the output as trained saboteurs and guerrillas, across the Rio
Grande, already here among our midst.  Their job will be to take
out key bridges, power stations and power lines, etc. --
destroying a great deal of the power grid.  Estimates of the
numbers vary, but it is safe to assume about 5,000 here.  Many of
the hostile Arab countries already have a substantial number of
graduate students and students -- a percentage of which are
terrorist agents -- here in the U.S. also, biding their time.  And
our State Department doesn't even know where they all are, or keep
up with them.

You see, modern strategic war has changed drastically.  Now it
will be fought right in the heart of our cities, against our
civilian population, not just our soldiers on some distant
battlefield.  The public is ill-informed and totally unprepared.
There are no shelters, much less ones with biological insulation
against penetration of aerosols, etc.  There are nowhere nearly
enough medical installations or personnel.  There is a laughable
amount of old smallpox vaccine, much of which is no longer fit to
be used on humans.  The newer strain of smallpox made by the
Russians and clandestinely sold to the terrorist groups is not
affected by the vaccine anyway.  The only way to decontaminate a
large city struck by a professional release of anthrax (100
kilograms of anthrax spores sprayed out of a little piper cub type
aircraft on a calm night) is by special very harsh sprays that
have been developed in secret (they are not classified, but are
clandestine -- that's what all the mysterious "spraying" around
the nation for more than a year has been all about).  The spray
will kill the anthrax spores, including in your lungs if you
breath it and the spores in.  But it will also kill many people
who have respiratory problems, are feeble and old, are little
children, etc.  The terrible thing about the "new war" is that now
the military commanders have to make decisions with the lives of
the civil populace that used to only be made for an army in the
field. An army commander may have to send two divisions to their
death (30,000 men) to stem an enemy advance and save the rest of
his army. Now he may have to order a spraying that will kill
25,000 U.S. civilians, but may save 15 million.

And once one shows symptoms of anthrax, there is really little
that can be done about it.  With the shortage of facilities, large
numbers of casualties, shortage of antibiotics etc., triage will
apply.  Simply put, that means that anyone showing symptoms will
probably just be laid aside to die.  The treatment will of
necessity be reserved for those for whom it may succeed.  In
short, the most likely to respond and survive are the ones who
will be treated first, not those who are most desperately ill and
most likely to die.

As the Chinese say, we do live in "interesting" times.  This is
the real world we live in, not the one that one reads about in the
daily news.

Biological Threat to U.S. Homeland is 'Very Real'

A terrorist germ attack on U.S. soil would mock all past defense
strategies, says former U.S. Sen. Sam Nunn, who was "President" in
a recent bio-warfare simulation of a smallpox crisis that began in
Oklahoma City. At a recent congressional hearing, he summarized
lessons learned from the simulation, called "Dark Winter."

We have effectively only 12 million doses of smallpox vaccine in
America to protect a population of 275 million that is not highly
vaccinated and is therefore highly vulnerable.

Our [simulation] began with 20 confirmed "cases" in Oklahoma City;
30 suspected cases spread out in Oklahoma, Georgia and
Pennsylvania, and [there were] countless more cases of individuals
who were infected, but didn't know it.

The effects of a bomb are bounded in time and place. After the
explosion, the nation's leadership knows if you're injured, and
the extent of the damage.

Smallpox, on the other hand, is a silent, ongoing, invisible
attack. It is highly contagious and spreads in a flash--each
smallpox victim can infect 10-20 others. Because it incubates for
two weeks, it comes in waves.

The most insidious effect of a biological weapons attack is that
it could turn Americans against Americans. Once smallpox is
released, it is not the terrorists anymore who are the threat;
your neighbors and your family members can become the threat, and
can even become the enemy.

For more than 2,000 years, the first rule of war has been to know
your enemy. You estimate the number of tanks and planes and troops
of the enemy, their intelligence capabilities [and] other
resources.

But in this case, the order of battle would be our own people,
traveling, engaging in commerce, spreading the disease. You don't
know who initially released [the virus], how much more [germ
agent] they have, or where they are. The usual responses to attack
are impossible: "Engage the enemy, open fire, stop the advance,
bring out the wounded." You can hardly know who is wounded.

Since smallpox has not been seen in the U.S. since 1949, very few
health care professionals would recognize the virus. Initial cases
could be sent back home infectious, even after appearing at
doctors' offices or emergency rooms. Laboratory facilities needed
to diagnose the disease are inadequate and out of date.

Hospitals run at capacity all the time; a surge in patients from
smallpox, combined with the inevitable infections of hospital
personnel and the flight of some fearful health care
professionals, would create a catastrophic overload.

We have 12 million doses of vaccine, enough for one in every 23
Americans. Whom do we decide to vaccinate?

Do you seize hotels and convert them into hospitals? Do you close
borders and stop all travel?

What level of force do you use to keep someone sick in isolation?
Do you keep people known, or thought to be exposed, quarantined in
their homes? Do you guarantee 2.5-million doses of vaccine to the
military?

How do you talk to the public in a way that is candid, yet
prevents panic--knowing that panic itself can be a weapon of mass
destruction?

Naturally, there are some skeptics anytime you describe a dire
threat to the U.S. I want to tell you: I am convinced the threat
of a biological weapons attack on the U.S. is very real. An
experiment some years ago showed that a scientist whose specialty
was in another field was able to weaponize anthrax on his first
attempt, for less than $250,000. Hundreds of labs and repositories
around the world sell biological agents for legitimate research.

We need to focus more attention, concern and resources on the
specific threat of bioterrorism. We are considering ways to
improve infectious disease surveillance around the globe,
including rapid detection [through state-of-the-art sensors],
investigation and a fast and effective response.

The national pharmaceutical stockpile should be built to capacity
as soon as possible, and then dispersed to different sites, which
must be secured. We don't want to fall victim to a twin attack
that releases a bio-agent and simultaneously blows up all our
drugs and vaccines.

Officials at the highest level of the federal government--and at
state and local levels--need to participate in exercises like Dark
Winter to understand the importance of advance preparation.
Theater professionals rehearse for months before the real [event].
This is one case where life had better imitate art--for the sake
of life itself.

Army general and head of the PGR releases two Israelis arrested with guns and explosives inside the Mexican Congress

Los Angeles, Alta California - October 15, 2001- (ACN) In a mind-blowing development, La Voz de Aztlan has learned that Mexican Army General Rafael Marcial Macedo de la Concha who heads the Procuraduría General de la República (Mexican Department of Justice) has released the retired Israeli Defense Forces colonel and presumed MOSSAD agent Salvador Guersson Smecke and Israeli illegal immigrant Saur Ben Zvi after both had penetrated the security of the Mexican Congress and where in possession of guns, hand grenades and explosives.

This morning La Voz de Aztlan had a personal telephone interview with the Mexican Congressional Press Secretary, Lic. Adriana Lopez, and verified the arrest of the two Israelis after they had entered through the highly secured front entrance of the Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro. She stated to La Voz de Aztlan that the two terrorists had taken advantage of a situation that occurred around 1700 hours of Wednesday October 10 when a large contingent of Sugar Industry Unionists were entering through the metal detectors. The two Israelis followed about 50 of the unionists to the office of the President of the Mexican Congress Beatriz Paredes. The two Israelis were first pretending to be press photographers but called the attention of the sugar unionists because of their nervous and out of the ordinary behavior. About ten of the unionists confronted them and observed that they were carrying guns and and what looked to them to be explosives. They held the two Israelis until Official Congressional Security personnel took them into custody. The head of Congressional Security Salvador Alarcón verified that the Israelis had in their possession nine hand grenades, sticks of dynamite, detonators, wiring and two 9mm "Glock" automatics.

Mexican Congressional Press Secretary Lic. Adriana Lopez informed La Voz de Aztlan in the telephone interview that Congressional Security then turned the terrorists Salvador Guersson Smecke, age 34, and Saur Ben Zvi, age 27, to the Procuraduría General de la República (Mexican Department of Justice) which is headed by Mexican Army General Rafael Marcial Macedo de la Concha. Initial reports by the Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) were that both Israelis worked for a private security agency and that they both had gun permits. It turned out that there is no connection of either suspect to any private security agency. The PGR has released the retired Israeli I.D.F. colonel with the official explanation that he had a legal permit to carry a gun. They also released the illegal Israeli immigrant on about $4000 bail and the case turned over to the Mexican immigration authorities. Mexican Congressional Press Secretary Lic. Adriana Lopez was surprised to hear from La Voz de Aztlan of the release of the two Israelis.

La Voz de Aztlan has also learned that the Israeli Embassy used heavy handed measures to have the two Israelis released. Very high level emergency meetings took place between Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations Jorge Gutman, General Macedo de la Concha and a top Ariel Sharon envoy who flew to Mexico City specially for that purpose. Elías Luf of the Israeli Embassy worked night and day and their official spokeswoman Hila Engelhart went into high gear after may hours of complete silence. What went one during those high levels meetings no ones knows, but many in Mexico are in disbelief at their release. Guns and any kind of explosive is highly illegal for Mexican citizens and the fact that these two Israelis had them inside the Mexican Congress makes their release highly suspect. What is really going on? Jorge Gutman, the Mexican Foreign Secretary, has very strong Zionist connections and himself is of Jewish descent. Mexican Army General Macedo de la Concha has strong connections to the U.S. Military Industrial-Complex and through this to the Israeli Defense Forces. Have any of these connections influenced the decision to release the two Zionist terrorists?

The initial arrests of the two Israelis inside the Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro made top news on Mexico City television and radio on the evening of October 10. TV Azteca had extensive coverage on the first night and on the following day. La Cronica de Hoy Newspaper and El Universal Newspaper both covered the incident the following two days but now it seems that there is a lack of reports. The PGR has a Press Bulletin on their official website at but they have made no updates. What were the Israelis up to? We think we know. The Vicente Fox government has been very careful of involving Mexico in a war against Islam. The Mexican population as well as the two major opposition political parties, the PRI and the PRD will not allow it. President Bush and the U.S. Zionists want Mexico fully involved in the war principally because if things get tough in the middle east and the oil rich Arabs leave the coalition, the U.S. military machine is going to need alternative sources of oil and PEMEX is just across the border. We believe that the two Zionists terrorist were going to blow up the Mexican Congress. The second phase was to mobilize both the Mexican and US press to blame Osama bin Laden. Most likely then Mexico would declare war on Afghanistan as well, commit troops and all the oil it could spare to combat Islamic terrorism.

"Parallel Propaganda"

Six days before Sept. 11, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Russian
President Vladimir Putin -- the leaders of two countries that never used to
get along -- met in Moscow and found one strong area of agreement: "the
danger," as Sharon put it, "of fundamentalist, extremist Islamic terror." It
was the beginning of what is becoming a beautiful friendship -- and one of
the most dangerous points of weakness within the U.S. counterterrorist
alliance.

With their handshake in the Kremlin, Sharon and Putin exchanged a common
falsehood about the wars their armies are fighting against rebels in
Chechnya and the West Bank and Gaza. In both cases, the underlying conflict
is about national self-determination: statehood for the Palestinians,
self-rule for Chechnya. The world is inclined to agree that both causes are
just. But mixed among the insurgents in both places are Islamic extremists,
including some who share the ideology and methods or even the funding of
Osama bin Laden. Sharon and Putin both have tried to convince the world that
all of their opponents are terrorists, which implies that the solution need
not involve political concessions but merely a vigorous counterterrorism
campaign.

Before Sept. 11 their parallel propaganda may not have been persuasive even with each other. But in the past five weeks, the two have been emboldened to believe that they can force the world to accept a new understanding of the Chechens and Palestinians -- and though the logic is no better than before, the power of Sept. 11 is working for them. Last week President Bush again agreed that al Qaeda was operating in Chechnya and that its fighters there should be "brought to justice"; meanwhile, bin Laden did Sharon a favor by trumpeting the cause of the Palestinians, forcing Yasser Arafat to open fire on pro-bin Laden demonstrators in Gaza.

In one sense the events of Sept. 11 created an opportunity to break what have been dismal and bloody stalemates in both Chechnya and the Palestinian
territories. Since neither the Chechen rebel government of Aslan Maskhadov
nor Arafat's Palestinian authority really is pro-bin Laden -- and in fact
both have long been under threat themselves from the Islamic extremists --
there is a chance to split them off from the terrorists. That would both
weaken bin Laden's organization and make possible a peaceful settlement with
the nationalists -- a double blow to the Islamic extremist cause. The Bush
administration has tried to do just that, pressuring both Arafat and
Maskhadov to make a clean break with the terrorists, while urging Putin and
Sharon to open political negotiations.

Arafat and Maskhadov, who have made use of the terrorists against a common
national enemy, have responded ambiguously. But it's meanwhile become clear
that neither Putin nor Sharon wants a political settlement. Each has a
different set of war goals: Putin would like to crush Maskhadov's Chechen
independence movement once and for all, and force Chechens to accept the
puppet administration he has installed in the republic's ruins. Similarly,
Sharon dreams of destroying Arafat's Palestinian Authority, an act that
would allow him to begin imposing his own long-cherished vision of a West
Bank dominated by a grid of Israeli territorial holdings, with the
Palestinians squeezed into weak, disconnected cantons.

So both Sharon and Putin have gone through the motions of talks-about-talks
with Arafat and Maskhadov in the past two weeks, while making sure that
nothing comes of it. Putin has set impossible conditions, demanding that the
Chechens surrender and disarm before any negotiations begin. Sharon
similarly demands periods of "quiet" before any talks or confidence-building
measures, but repeatedly breaks the peace himself with invasions of
Palestinian territory. Both meanwhile trumpet their offers of intelligence
and logistical support to U.S. forces in Central Asia, hoping that such
contributions, and their strident anti-terrorist rhetoric, will overshadow
their quiet obstinacy.

It will be tempting to go along with them. Why bother with Chechnya or the Palestinians while the war against al Qaeda is going on? But there is a real danger: The national grievances of the Palestinians and Chechens, though not the cause of Islamic extremism, offer a political bridge between the terrorists and a significant sector of mainstream society in Muslim countries. The two wars and their atrocities are featured on the recruitment videos that al Qaeda circulates. Just as ending them would rob the terrorists of vital oxygen, the failure to do so will make it harder to root them out.

Even worse would be the realization of the Putin-Sharon program -- the
crushing of legitimate Muslim national aspirations under the guise of
counterterrorism. If the U.S. alliance allows itself to be tied or tarred
with that strategy, there will be no hope of victory.

About two weeks ago we heard that several suspects were arrested in Germany
linked to the 9/11 attacks, but they would not release their nationality or
details.  Now a German official has said that the reason they still have not released
the nationality of the suspects is that it is "too hot."

To me this raises the suspicion that they are Americans or Israelis -- or, at least,
not Afgan terrror shepherds pretending to be on vacation -- otherwise, why
the big deal?

Like I say,  Congress and President know they are murdering innocent people, yet they do it anyway  for money and to save face  --  and they are perfectly content to let the real mass murderers get off scott free -- and in fact probably profit by hundreds of billions of dollars in oil and
laundered-northern-alliance-opium-drug money.

necessary strategic postion to blind Uncle Sam and who also was
ready with the exploitive "spin" instantly in play.  How about that old

Our criminal mass-murdering elites better start adding atomic
bombs to their frame-up  --  the anthrax simply isn't a good
enough distraction from quilt so glaringly obvious.

I'm talking about Iran-Contra. During this period, "former" Mossad
officers Michael Harari and Amiram Nir worked with the White House
and CIA to smuggle cocaine into the U.S. through Central America.
 In the process, they gave the Mossad everything they would ever
need to personally blackmail every U.S. President since that time.
 George H. W. Bush helped run the operation and Bill Clinton
 participated as governor of Arkansas, where much of the import
 operations took place. I could name lesser officials who were involved,
 but the point is already made. Israel and the U.S. have been
bedmates and business partners in the cocaine trade for a long time.
Anyone who denies the foregoing facts after examining all available
evidence is either a liar or a fool. Vince Foster is also thought to be
both the beneficiary and victim of the Mossad. Forbes magazine
was pursuing the story in 1995, but eventually backed off. Forbes'
Senior Editor at the time wrote the following letter to the
White House Press Secretary:

We would like to offer the White House an opportunity to comment
