U-STEPUP Questions: Why Isn't That Enough to Unite the Minor Political Parties?

James Madison, "Father of The Constitution", and all of the signers of The Constitution were adamant, or in agreement with the historical background interpretation. Without a historical background interpretation, our Constitutional Founders could not give The People their inalienable rights and protection from their own government. They made sure their intent was known via various quotes, manuscripts and Preambles..
Ever seen the Preamble to the Bill of Rights? The People are informed of the Preamble to the Constitution whenever the Constitution is referenced. Yet, the Preamble is rarely seen when referring to the Bill of Rights. Immediately after: the official notice of time, place, and who, the very next paragraph of The Preamble to The Bill of Rights is: THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. (The Preamble started out as an amendment, but, apparently after discussion, it was felt that this was too important to make just an amendment. The Constitution had a Preamble. The Bill of Rights, which was required for ratification of The Constitution, certainly should have one too.)
Yet, these predominately learned lawyers of this klepto-nazi'cratic government, don't have a clue on how to interpret "this Constitution". Wow, I must be brilliant! When it seems so clear to me while all these lawyers are confused. Are my readers confused? Does it sound very complex? The framers of the Constitution say, the Constitution must be interpreted by historical background. Our present day klepto'crats know exactly what interpretation is the only verified Constitutional Interpretation that they must be use and have sworn an oath to that effect, but, alas, oops, that's the only one they don't like. Any of the others keep the state/fed 'crats fat, while the Historical Background Interpretation cuts them back Tremendously in Power and Size. I wonder why the Preamble is no longer part of the Bill of Rights when distributed by this government? All these coincidences, who could figure? What were the odds? Who knew? Seems they seem to know well enough what to keep out of The People's view, apparently, the press has become confused also. Shouldn't the press insist on the full legal document? What are the odds? . I wonder, since it is disappearing from government documents, press releases, etc., has it disappeared from the government's school books?
So, is everyone up to speed? The People that wrote the Constitution said that the text must be interpreted by Historical Background. This is the only true Constitution, unless there is a Constitutional Amendment to change "this" to "the", for the builders were extremely precise in each and every word they finalized for ratification. What? What's the difference? This sets a reference point in time. At that time, the Constitution was only to be used with the Historical Background. It is that interpretation to which they are forced by their oath of office to support.
How have the 'crats become so powerful? From decades and years of CIA information gained on trying to take over other governments. From decades and years of hiding and classifying information from The People. From decades and years of bogus various illegitimate "interpretations" that have absolutely no place in "this Constitution". How is it, that these 3 branches of this government can't quite seem to figure out which interpretation to use? The average 4th grader, when presented with the question of Constitutional Interpretation, must be slightly suspicious after leaning Mr. Constitution, James Madison, says, the text must be considered with Historical Background. Since the ratification, in 1787, of "this Constitution", every representative of The People has had to take an oath to "support 'this Constitution'". (Article VI. Para 3..."The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;"
This route of "various interpretations" of the Constitution is The Root of all government abuses against The People. These scam, gee, we just can't figure out "which" interpretation to use is the source of power of this government's abuses against it's Own People. There is only one interpretation. There can be no others. Any other interpretations are Tyranny. The Historical Background interpretation is the only acceptable interpretation. It gives The People back their Rights and Power. It takes unauthorized power and stolen Rights from this klepto-nazi'crat government. More clearly, for all those fighting for your individual battles, against one of the 'burrow' agencies, remember, that agency can draw on the resources of an entire government. Focus on the root, the Tap Root, the theft of the Historical Background Interpretation from the text, is the lever that destroyed this Republic. You can struggle against the branches forever, for the root of tyranny will just grow another using your body for nourishment. It is this root that must be destroyed, for it is the route of nourishment to the 'crat illegitimate government's abuses on The People.
In the 'route' is the cure. Take "this" route to a True Democratic Republic that has never before been seen on the face of this planet (even the Authors of "this" Constitution knew what they had written was far from a True Democratic Republic, for the Historical Background shows that they were ready for a True Democratic Republic, but, this newly formed nation was not. For "this" Constitution not only gave us the Rights granted by Nature/God/Common Law then, it also gave the future the chance to make a Real one later. ) Take "the" route to the 'crat government that will only get stronger and make more abuses on The People.
Is this main philosophy not enough to bind The People and the minor parties? I suspect there may be a few repub and demo constituents that are tired of tyranny
All Laws/Agency Rules/etc., et al., Must Be Interpreted Under The Historical Background Interpretation of The Constitution? What good does that do us now? In a little over 50 days, one of two klepto-nazi'crats will win the Premier 'crat throne for four years. There is no viable third party candidate. There are currently about 50 minor parties many millions that realize they are choosing between a rat or a snake in a hen house, and don't vote, many millions that realize a similar comparison, and try to decide which is the lesser of The People's parasites, many millions more that would rather throw their vote away on anyone but the 'crats (Unfortunately, many of those no longer have the right to vote, apparently, keeping a felon from voting is Safer for The People. When in reality, we know it's only Safer for the 'crat government.), and many millions that do not even know they are entitled to the Rights of "this" Constitution. There is no way that a handful of people can do much within the next 50 days, maybe four years from now, and only if there is an appeal to those that are uninformed about their Rights and the Historical Background Constitution.
In theory, it might be possible to make a statement to the 'crats by an E Pluribus Unum Party within 50 days, and put the fear of God's Rights in them, but hardly enough time to win. It would require absentee voting. It would require the minor parties accept all concerns of each other minority party that falls within the Rights granted Historical Background Constitution as an accepted Right and either confer or delete any concerns that are counter those Rights. It would require all the minor parties to take a look at their political stances. Most have been around for several elections. Some have gotten a little stronger. Some have gotten a lot weaker. But, none are currently viable 3rd parties. Most of the minor parties believe in their main theories, which seem to be beliefs on Rights predominately. Most of those concerns are easily granted by the Historical Background Interpretation of the Constitution. It's in the details that there are problems. Let the details be damned. The People are in desperate need of their Rights. How much more suffering and death will we have in another 4 years? The question is not, can the minor parties unite into viable 3rd party, but, will they?
There is no United-States: The E Pluribus Unum Party. The Party is merely a Platform brought to U by the Founders of this United States of America on behalf of those oppressed by their own government. The Founders of America hoped, prayed, and planned for a way The People should be given all the Rights given to them from Nature, Evolution and God along with all the Rights' Law a Democratic Republic might get the opportunity to Add. The Bill of Rights, especially in the Preamble, was to prevent any decrease in The People's Rights by their government. There is no mention of any government authority to infringe on any of the Rights of The People. The only mention of government's authority to infringe on these Rights is the notation in The Bill of Rights that this government does not have that authority. The founders hoped for a government that granted their children's children rights to Nature's, Evolution's, God's and Common Law with that persons first breath. However, this government is extremely different than the one the Founders fought and died for. They do not place the blame on themselves, for they foresaw that possibility. They place the blame squarely where it belongs, on The People that have allowed it to happen. The founders gave The People Rights. They gave The People a way to keep those Rights. They gave The People a way to get those Rights back. It's The People's Right to take their Rights back from this government.
Will U-STEPUP for your and your children's children's Rights?
