Evidence is mounting against the United States today that is showing that this weekends past atmospheric explosion in the Northwest Region of the North American Continent was due to their exploding one of their most dreaded and secretive weapons know as the HPM, or High Power Microwave, Bomb.

About this weapon we can read from this news report by the American Newspaper NY Post in their article titled, Microwave Bomb our Secret Weapon, and which says about this bomb, "The Pentagon says its latest deadly gadget - a precision-guided lightning bolt of microwave power - would be its most important weapon in a war with Iraq. The high-power microwave, a k a HPM, has been under development for years in the black-operations programs at the National Laboratories and the Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico."

This event was not able to be kept a secret from the citizens of the United States because of the spectacular nature of this bombs exploding in the earths atmosphere.  Instead of the true facts about this bomb the United States Military authorities have instead once again lied to their people and said that this event was caused by a meteor.  Not just any meteor but one that could explode in the atmosphere, cause an earthquake and cause unexplained power outages, and as we can read in this report by the American Newspaper Seattle PI in their article titled "A meteor, an outage, a quake, all in a night", and which says;

"Washington residents who looked up at the sky Saturday night saw a great ball of fire ignite the sky. When they went back inside their homes, some of them found only darkness -- and no power. Seattle utilities officials said it was just a coincidence. Meanwhile, a 3.3-magnitude quake occurred about 15 miles north of Olympia before 8 p.m. Saturday, seismologists said. Some Olympia residents suspected a connection to the fireball."

But to the truer facts regarding this meteor, which doesnt act like a meteor, we can see reported in a small American Newspaper from their California Region named the Siskiyou Daily News, and which had some of the first reported sightings of this event, and as we can read, "Thousands of people, including many from Siskiyou County, got a glimpse of an unusually large meteor that lit the sky to the north at 7:45 p.m. Saturday. Lasting only a few seconds, the large fireball was different than most shooting stars in its brightness and colors, causing some to wonder if it were possibly an incoming missile and bomb."

But from the skies of California this missile/bomb was not incoming but rather leaving this Region, and towards the upper limits of the earths atmosphere.

In my February 26, 2005 report [Ed. Note: This report is not available in English] I had detailed the concerns of our scientists who had reported their findings from their February 23, 2005 inspection of the American military base named Vandenberg Air Force Base, in this California Region, and their 30^th Space Wing, under the 1991 Start I Accord.

Of greatest concern to our scientists was the high level of secret activity being conducted, and had never been witnessed before, by the Secret Space Forces of the United States .  This unheard of secrecy has also been noted by American citizens also, and as we can read from this article by the California Newspaper Santa Maria Times, and which says;

"Citing security concerns, the Air Force has yanked its unclassified launch schedule from a Web site, a move that baffles secrecy opponents and some space hobbyists alike. The Web site, operated by the Western Range, suddenly disappeared earlier this year. Instead of upcoming missions with rocket pictures and a paragraph of information, the site says simply, "This page is temporarily unavailable." Even during the Cold War, secret launches weren't that secret. An international treaty required the United States to notify the Soviet Union of a rocket launch, to avoid it being mistaken as a nuclear attack."

Russian Intelligence sources are also reporting that the purpose of this secret Microwave Bomb explosion was an attempt by the American Space Forces to effectuate a change in the earths jet stream pattern over the North American Continent, and which is currently experiencing one of the worst droughts to their growing regions since the 1930s.

Further information shows that this experiment was carried out utilizing the research of the American scientists Ben Eastlund and Dr. Tai-Yin Huang.

Dr. Eastlund is well known for his theories using microwave power for weather modification, and as we can read from the Canadian News Service EXN, "It might seem like something out of a Superman comic, but an American researcher is hoping to stop tornadoes in their tracks. Ben Eastlund says it might be possible to use microwave antennas to project heat into a specific part of a tornado. Tornadoes form when warm, humid air rises through a layer of cooler air. That creates a downdraft, which forms the actual tornado. Eastlund's idea is to heat that downdraft with a beam of microwaves so it rises instead of falling. Computer simulations suggest that could prevent the tornado from forming, or even break up an existing tornado. We're still a long way from modifying the weather, but Eastlund says the technology exists to give it a try."

Too many in the Western Nations Dr. Eastlund is also associated with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) project, but this has never been so, and as stated by them, "But on close scrutiny the veil of criticism becomes thin and you see that the criticism of HAARP is based more on fantasy than reality. This is because Begich, Manning and others compare HAARP to a 1980's plan by an ARCO physicist, Bernard Eastlund, to build a transmitter similar to, but many times larger and more powerful than the HAARP facility. This transmitter was never built. It exists only on paper."

Like HAARP, Eastlund's transmitters would have been located in Alaska, and would have functioned as an ionospheric heater. But the Eastlund project would have been more than 30,000 times larger than HAARP with power to distort the upper atmosphere through brute force. His transmitter and antenna site would have covered 1600 square miles (more than a million acres.) "You can [with my plan] lift part of the upper atmosphere," Eastlund said. "You can make it move, do things with it." Eastlund described how he could "surgically" distort the ionosphere to disrupt global communications. He told how he could generate enough turbulence in the ionosphere to destroy middles in flight. By lifting and moving regions of the ionosphere, Eastlund theorized that he could redirect the jet stream to alter global weather patterns, incinerate airborne p! ollution, and repair the ozone layer.

Eastlund patented the processes that he envisioned for his Frankenstein-like creation. The patent for altering the Earth's atmosphere reportedly was sealed in secrecy by the government.

But not just sealed in secrecy by the Military Government of the United States , Dr. Eastlunds works were combined with the American Physicist Dr. Tai-Yin Huang, and who says about her research,  "Imagine when you throw a stone in water," said Huang, when asked to describe her work. "You will see ripples forming wave fronts propagating on the surface of the water.  The stone is the source that generates the wave. The water is the medium that carries the wave. By the same token, it is similar in the atmosphere.  The underl! ying physics is the same; that is, they are all governed by fluid dynamics.  Instead of water, the fluid is the atmosphere. There are a lot of different kinds of waves moving through the atmosphere: internal gravity waves, planetary waves, sound waves, tides. Gravity waves can be generated by sources like thunderstorms, jet streams, nuclear explosions, and earthquakes."

In the combining of the research efforts by both Dr.s Eastlund and Huang they had fulfilled the theories of Dr.'s William L. Donn and Stanley D. Gedzelman that had been explained in their research paper titled Atmospheric Gravity Waves and the Energy of the Jet Stream.

This basic theory claims that the heating of the earths mesosphere by violent means could produce gravity waves that would propagate down to the troposphere and thusly effectuate a change in the jet stream, and which lies just below the troposphere.  

Japanese scientists have further validated these theories, and as we can read from the Japanese science organization Research Institute for Sustainable Humanosphere (RISH) on their research findings, The generation of atmospheric gravity waves at the strong jet stream (dots) just below the tropopause (solid line), and their propagation upward and downward are clearly observed with the MU radar. The gravity waves in the lower stratosphere, most of which are propagating upwards, show a clear annual variation with the peak intensity in winter, when the strength of the tropopausal jet also maximizes.

To the success of the exploding of this Microwave Bomb we are not completely knowing yet, but it is interesting to note that one of the US Space Forces top organizational members, Michael Griffin, who had headed this experiment has just been appointed to lead the US Space Agency NASA, and which also completes this once civilian agencies complete transfer to the Military Forces of this Axis Power, and as we can read as reported by the Reuters News Service,  "Michael Griffin was named as President Bush's choice to head the US space agency. Griffin is head of the space department at the Applied Physics Laboratory of Johns Hopkins University, which works on civilian and military space programs, including missile and air defense and national security analysis. Previously, he was president of In-Q-Tel, the CIA's! private venture capital arm, and worked at Orbital Sciences Corp, which develops rockets and missiles."

To the catastrophe facing the American people due to this North American Continent wide drought there is no doubt,  As reported by the United States National Drought Mitigation Center we can see that fully one third of their agricultural areas are facing extreme drought conditions.  We can further see that just in this past week US Agricultural Authorities have designated yet more of their agricultural Regions as Disaster Areas, and as we can read from this bulletin, "USDA Designates Counties in Tennessee, Montana and New York as Agricultural Disaster Areas."

Not just to the North American Continent either are these massive droughts spreading, from the Taipei Times we can read in their report titled, Drought-stricken Southeast Asia seeks assistance, and which says, "One of the worst droughts in years in Southeast Asia has raised concerns over crop losses in the region, prompting an emergency meeting in Thailand and a call from Cambodia for international assistance. Ten areas in the northern Thai province of Chiang Mai were declared disaster zones on Friday so they could seek emergency assistance to alleviate the hardships of farmers and fishermen.Vietnam's eight Central Highlands provinces are suffering their worst drought in 28 years, affecting about 1 million peop! le and causing an estimated 1.3 trillion dong (US$80 million) worth of crop losses."

From Brazil we can read as reported by the Brazilian News Service AE, "Drought that has already lasted a month in São Paulo and Paraná, Brazil's main sugarcane states, is causing concern in the sugar/ethanol industry and even means 2005/06 crop forecasts are being reduced."

About these droughts the Bloomberg News Service also reports, "Robusta coffee futures rose to a five-year high in London after gaining in Tokyo on concern a lack of rainfall will damage crops in Vietnam, the biggest supplier of the bean variety. The coffee harvest in Brazil, the world's biggest Arabica grower and exporter, may fall as much as 24 percent, Singapore- based coffee supplier Olam International Ltd. said this week."

But to the greatest concern for all of the worlds people today are not just these massive droughts but the increasing heat of our earths atmosphere and the effects it will have on the growing of new crops for this year. 

To such an extent has the earth been heated that for the first time in 11,000 years the highest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro, has no snow or ice on it, and as we can see as reported by the British Newspaper The Guardian in their article titled, The peak of Mt Kilimanjaro as it has not been seen for 11,000 years, and which says,  "Africa's tallest mountain, with its white peak, is one of the most instantly recognizable sights in the world. But as this aerial photograph shows, Kilimanjaro's trademark snowy cap, at 5,895 metres (19,340ft), is now all but gone - 15 years before scientists predicted it would melt through global warming."

In yet another example we can see in this report by the BBC that, "Melting glaciers in the Himalayas could lead to water shortages for hundreds of millions of people, the conservation group WWF has warned. In a report, the WWF says India, China and Nepal could experience floods followed by droughts in coming decades. The Himalayas contain the largest store of water outside the polar ice caps, and feed seven great Asian rivers."

To all of these events the London based organization The Institute of Science in Society has issued these dire warnings:

"The news media have been filled with reports of heat waves, floods, droughts, hurricanes, accelerated melting of the polar ice caps and sea levels rising. And yet, they may be missing the most serious consequence of climate change thats staring us in the face: a collapse of food production on a global scale; or as Lester Brown of Earth Policy Institute puts it, "the bursting of the food bubble".

The 16 warmest years since record -keeping began in 1880 all occurred from1980 onwards, the three warmest years were 1998, 2001 and 2003. Crops are facing heat stresses that are without precedent.

As the temperature rises above 34 C, photosynthesis slows down, dropping to zero for many crops at 37 C. At that temperature, corn plants in the US Corn Belt suffer from heat shock and dehydration, shrinking the harvest.

The problems of water shortage and increased temperatures are already hitting grain yields. Grain production has been declining in some smaller countries; but it is now falling in China, the most populous country in the world. Over the past five years, Chinas grain harvest has dropped from 390 million to 340 million tonnes a drop equal to the grain harvest of Canada.

In 2002, the world grain harvest of 1 807 million tonnes fell short of the world grain consumption by 100 million tonnes, or 5 percent. This shortfall, the largest on record, marked the third consecutive year of grain deficits, bringing stocks to the lowest level in a generation.

The world is fast running out of water after decades of unsustainable over-pumping of aquifers to expand food production to feed a growing world population. Water tables have fallen sharply and rapidly in scores of countries including China, India and the United States, which together produce nearly half of the worlds grain."

Today the world stands on the precipice of total world famine, total global war and a flu pandemic such as has not been seen since the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918, and as the World Heath Organization has again warned, "Officials of the World Health Organization (WHO) are urging world governments to begin making preparations for a flu pandemic that could come as early as next year. A strain of avian flu in Asia has killed at least 40 people in Asia so far this year, and the WHO fears that the virus could soon mutate into a form that spreads easily between humans."

To these Western people, especially those who live in the United States , all warnings from other countries and International Science Organizations such as ours, are failing to arouse them to take the actions necessary to protect this world.  Even to this very day their propaganda sources are continuing to keep from them the ever increasing nearness of total global catastrophes, and instead continue the pacifying of their people with nonsensical news stories like the continuing trial of their revered musical icon Michael Jackson.

As many intelligence organizations in both the EU, China and Russia summarize, it may indeed be the time that the invasion and occupation of the North American Continent, and its peoples, may indeed be necessary lest they drag the entire world down with them into their madness of sleeping while the world around them collapses.
