We posted this information in NEWS2027, and have neither the time nor the space here to repeat our information. However, suffice it to say that, just as Pope John Paul II was born and buried on a Solar Eclipse, so the election of Cardinal Ratzinger was completed on the first day of the Black Magick 13-day celebratory period known as the Blood Sacrifice of the Beast (April 19) but his coronation will occur Sunday, April 24, a day of a lunar eclipse.
All these details are in NEWS2027.
One thing we must remind you here is that, prior to being elected pope, Cardinal Ratzinger was the head of the "Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith", commonly called the "Office of the Inquisition". In other words, Ratzinger was leading the same Inquisitional machinery which slaughtered untold millions from 600 A.D. to approximately 1850!
A good, Godly man does not accept the leadership of such a horrendous organization, which has the "blood of the saints" on its hands. Furthermore, Pope John Paul cannot be a good, Godly pope if he felt it necessary to reinstate the torturous, bloody Office of Inquisition. I find it highly sobering that the head of the modern Office of Inquisition -- the Grand Inquisitor -- is now pope!
Listen to the sobering language of the Ratzinger Fan Club.
"As Grand Inquisitor for Mother Rome, Ratzinger ... KEPT himself busy in service to the Truth: correcting theological error, silencing dissenting theologians, and stomping down heresy wherever it may rear its ugly head ..." [http://www.ratzingerfanclub.com/]
Listen to the words which should give all mankind nightmares.
* "stomping down heresy"* "silencing dissenting theologians"* "correcting theological error"* "Grand Inquisitor"
These are the words which terrorized Europe and England for over 1,200 years! The force behind these words were responsible for the torturous murder of tens of millions of people! With the events of the Book of Revelation directly ahead of us, we must realize that the False Prophet -- which we now know is the Pope -- will require all mankind to take the "Mark of the Beast" and behead those who refuse. The prophesied numbers of people who will be killed at this time will stupendously dwarf the numbers of the original Inquisition.
Such is the man we now have as Pope Benedict XVI.
Let us examine some other interesting side issues involved with the new pope, Benedict XVI.
NEWS BRIEF: "Pope predicted a short reign to cardinals", The Boston Globe, April 21, 2005
"VATICAN CITY -- Pope Benedict XVI predicted a "short reign" in comments to cardinals just after his election, and his brother said Wednesday he was worried about the stress the job would put on the 78-year-old pontiff. Joseph Ratzinger has had ailments in the past, including a 1991 hemorrhagic stroke, that raise questions about how long his papacy will last -- and whether the world will watch another pope slowly succumb to age and ailments on a very public stage. Benedict was the oldest pontiff elected in 275 years ... Benedict has trouble sleeping and has a 'delicate constitution' ... Ratzinger, the oldest pope elected since Clement XII in 1730, was clearly chosen as a transitional pope who would fulfill the unfinished business of John Paul's 26-years, yet not be another long-term pontiff."
Many fundamental Christians probably had the same reaction as one of my acquaintances who reacted with despair over the thought that we might have to endure two more popes -- the last of which would be the False Prophet. These despairing Christians were thinking that the world might be another 26 years before the final pope would come to office.
However, as I pointed out to them, Roman Catholic popes do not always serve 26 years. Many served less than five years and one pope, John Paul I in 1978, served only 33 days before he was reportedly murdered.
Therefore, the peoples of the world might not have to wait a long time for this pope to pass from the next scene and for the final pope -- Peter Romanus, according to St. Malachy's prophecy -- to come to power. This news story adds great weight to this possibility, a story which gains even greater weight because it comes from Ratzinger's own lips. It seems as though he is preparing his followers to accept a short reign. Certainly, his age (78 years) works against him; in just 2 years, he turns 80 years old, a time when Pope John Paul II began to really decline.
Cutting Edge has long believed that the real False Prophet would have to be younger, because prophecy will demand a lot of him. As False Prophet, the Pope will unite all religions under his leadership, support Antichrist fully, display the same occult powers as Antichrist, and force the peoples of the world to take the Mark of the Beast. Since this position is so very important to the Illuminati, and since its occupant will be so very busy, it does seem logical that an 78-year-old could not fulfill these strenuous demands.
Exactly how long Pope Benedict XVI will remain in power is anyone's guess. We shall just have to carefully watch world events as they transpire.
Just as selected Evangelical Christian leaders expressed sorrow at John Paul's death, and a solidarity with him on certain issues (Newsletter for April 9, Paragraph V), so have Evangelical leaders expressed solidarity with the new pope! The apostasy of Evangelical Christianity is increasing every day, is becoming more noticeable by the discerning, and is continually bringing Protestant Christianity to the foot of the throne of St. Peter in Rome!
NEWS BRIEF: "Conservative Evangelicals Say New Pope Speaks Their Moral Language", Christianity Today, Week of April 18, 2005
"The day before Roman Catholic Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger became Pope Benedict XVI, he declared in a public Mass that a 'dictatorship of relativism' threatens the absolute truth claims of the church. That statement could easily have been made by conservative evangelical leaders in the United States. Despite theological differences, they're cheering the choice of a pontiff who seems to speak the same moral language they do."
This article then lists the comments of selected Evangelical leaders about the elevation of Cardinal Ratzinger to the Papacy.
* Norman Geisler, president of Southern Evangelical Seminary in Charlotte, N.C. - "Relativism, pluralism and naturalism are the three main foes of evangelicalism today and they're the main foes of conservative Roman Catholics. We rejoice in the choice because he's going to hold the line and he's not going to allow the liberal element in the Catholic Church to reverse any of those things."
* Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission - said Ratzinger will be an ally of U.S. religious conservatives on a litany of moral issues such as abortion, gay rights, cloning and physician-assisted suicide."
* Prison Fellowship Founder Chuck Colson - hailed Ratzinger's election as "a great choice." (Remember, Colson was an original participant in the 1994 "Evangelicals and Catholics Together" document, which aimed to foster cooperation between the two groups. He has been selling out true Christianity for a very long time!)
Colson continued: "Cardinal Ratzinger is strong, solid, and will carry on the tradition of John Paul II. That is very good news indeed for Catholics, for all Christians and for the world."
* John Witvliet, director of the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship at Calvin College - "said the choice of the new pope is likely to hearten those still involved in the "Evangelicals and Catholics Together" movement as well as evangelical opponents to abortion and euthanasia."
Witvliet then stated that the Christian world outside Catholicism had much to learn from the theological teachings of Cardinal Ratzinger! "The vast majority of his writings are about the person and nature of Jesus, the beauty of God, and the nature of the church as source of healing and mission in the world. Those, of course, are all topics that resonate not just with Catholics, but with Protestants as well."
Incredible heresy! When Cardinal Ratzinger speaks of the "person and nature of Jesus, the beauty of God", he does so from a uniquely Catholic perspective, which is totally unbiblical and which has been rejected by Protestant and Baptist scholars for 400 years. You cannot mix truth with error, according to Biblical teaching! (2 Cor 6:15; Matthew 6:24 and Luke 16:13; 1 Cor 5:6)
The teachings of the Apostle Paul are especially pertinent in today's leaderless Protestant Church. Listen carefully:
"Do you not know that just a little leaven will ferment the whole lump of dough?" (1 Cor 5:6; Parallel Bible; KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]
When Evangelical Christian leaders say that they can ignore the theological differences with Catholicism and concentrate only on those issues upon which they can agree -- abortion and euthanasia -- they are not only totally unbiblical, but they are leading their followers into the End of the Age disaster whereby Protestants will accept the Roman Pontiff as the supreme religious leader of the world! That man will be THE false prophet and will force mankind to take the "Mark of the Beast"
What did Jesus counsel? Did He say we are to work with a church which teaches "another Gospel" and which has mixed pagan doctrine in with biblical doctrine? No, Jesus said, "Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing." (2 Cor 6:17; Parallel Bible; KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]
These Evangelical leaders deserve the condemnation of all discerning Christians the world over.
