About thirty years ago, I wrote a piece for American Opinion Magazine about the attempts of Washington and Moscow to consummate a treaty that would ban weather warfare. At the time, I asked whether they would go through the rigmarole of banning something they lacked the ability to do. Thirty years later, the world is awash in weather warfare technology. Google that term and you will come up with almost a million entries, including former Secretary of Defense William Cohen’s statement that weather warfare is real. Jimmy Carter’s National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, about whom I did another piece ("Zbig Brother"), also wrote about it. The Soviets certainly have it. The District of Criminals has the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP), part of the Strategic Defense Initiative also known as "Star Wars." As far as we know, HAARP is no longer just a drawing-board scheme concocted by fallen angels. It is completely on-line. What can it do? It can cause floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. It was an earthquake that triggered the tsunami. Am I correct in thinking that in the history of the world few weapons have ever been developed but unused? If a weapon exists, someone will use it sooner or later, from the slingshot to the Trojan horse to the A-bomb to Hillaroid, the nation’s leading cause of lower back pain. None of this proves that weather warfare caused the recent tsunami in the Far East. I have not seen a shred of proof to that effect. What is revealing is that there is also zero speculation about it by the Prostitute National Press. We don’t have answers, but there is certainly a tsunami of evidence that would justify – evidence that would command – educated speculation. Yet, notice that typically the nation’s Communist media say not a word, which, in view of the volume of available information is more suspicious than the tsunami itself, unless you believe no one in the Communist Broadcasting System or Republicrud Zombie Talk Radio or Air America, is smart enough to do the same google I did. What should they be speculating about? If somebody up there did perpetrate the tsunami, why would he do it? What do we know? We know that covert Communist traitor W is a willing flunky of the conspiracy for world government. We know that on every front – from FTAA to WTO to the "Patriot" Acts, etc. – he is doing everything he can to arrive at that goal. And we know that the tsunami has cast ashore a wealth of world government detritus. As usual, there are many nations involved in the "mutual effort" beloved of internationalists, supervised by the Communist UN. There are the usual billions of dollars funneled through the usual sticky fingers, some of which no doubt are attached to Secretary General Kofi Annan. And there are the U.S. Marines. The Marines were created to do only a few things, and no one else has ever done them so well. If you need some ground taken, or somebody killed or something destroyed, you "send in the Marines." A few hours later, you will get a message that "the Marines have landed and the situation is well in hand."

 

Another thing we know is that State Department Publication 7277 is still the official policy of the US government. Mandated in 1961 under the Kennedy Administration and reaffirmed by Congress in 1989, 7277 would be imposed on us in three stages.

". . . In Stage III progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force. . . ."

In other words, under 7277 the United States would no longer have a military. But our military would not just be disbanded and sent home. It would be handed to the Communist UN: "States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N. Peace Force."

Remember, this is official U.S. government policy. In fact, the people would be disarmed. All personal firearms would be destroyed. "The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes."

As usual, not even a whisper of this turns up in the Communist media. Indeed, buried in a long dispatch about U.S. relief efforts in the Far East, is the electrifying fact that the U.S. Marines in the tsunamied countries, now turned into nannies, have been disarmed. This should have been on the front-page, "above the fold." Instead it appears as an afterthought.

Indonesia is the world’s biggest Muslim country. It is riddled with IslamoCommunist terrorism. Is there any other kind these days? Christians in Indonesia are routinely disemboweled and beheaded. The IslamoCommunist perpetrators would happily die in order to kill Americans, especially since Muhammad threw in those forty- seven virgins.

Can you believe that the Marines in Indonesia are not allowed to bear arms? The Indonesian government has made it clear that it doesn’t really want Americans there, but, if they are there, the delicate Islamic sensibilities of the government would be offended were the Marines to carry weapons.

Of course, someone who is not a covert Communist world government traitor would not have sent our Marines to Indonesia in the first place, and, if he had, would now remove them and tell Jakarta to solve its own problems. Every day those unarmed Marines are there, the chance increases that they could be the targets of another IslamoCommunist attack.

Will these unarmed Marines be used as a precedent? Will U.S. military personnel be sent unarmed into other concocted crises? Is the present situation a test to see how much the District of Criminals can get away with, like the Michael New incident involving UN insignia a few years ago?

We also know that the lamentations of our leaders about the tsunami victims are lubricated with crocodile tears. If we can believe what they have said about population reduction – and we certainly can – they are no doubt rejoicing about the elimination of 150,000 victims and the prospect of doubling that toll with disease.

In a 1991 interview with the UNESCO Courier, Jacques-Yves Cousteau said "we must eliminate 350,000 people per day." Ted Turner, the Mouth of the South, and Paul Ehrlich, the ecologite, most of whose predictions turn out to be trash, say world population must be reduced by four million people. Ehrlich says sterility drugs should be added to the water.

Psychologist Barbara Marx Hubbard said that one-quarter of the earth’s people must be eliminated. So what? Did she say it in the shower? No, she said it in her speech at the Gorbachev Foundation Conference in 1995, and Mike Gorbachev, KGB, former Soviet dictator, is plugged in at the very top. Remember that when he arrived in this country, he headquartered at the Presidio, the U.S. Army base in San Francisco.

In The Book of Co-Creation, Barbara explained: "[T]he destructive one-fourth must be eliminated ... Fortunately you, dearly beloveds, are not responsible for this act. We are. We are in charge of God's selection process for planet Earth. He selects, we destroy. We are the riders of the pale horse, Death."

Finally, there is Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and leader of the World Wildlife Fund, who says, according to Deutsche Press Agentur, August, 1988, "In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

Is he insane? Does the queen, who appears to be normal to a fault, know that the man beside her in bed hates himself so much he wants to be a killer virus? We don’t know. We do know that these ideological monsters must be smiling through their crocodile tears about the massive death toll in the Orient.
